SWAROVSKI CLEANING PROCEDURES
Tips for cleaning Swarovski Crystal:
  • Use of cotton gloves is strongly recommended
  • Lay the pieces on soft cotton cloth
  • Do not use the cloth to clean pieces, it is used as a work area
  • Do not use any commercial cleaners
  • Use lukewarm running water to loosen up dirt and grime
  • Use the toothpick only to loosen up wax from candlestick
SWAROVSKI REPAIR PROCEDURES
Tips for repairing Swarovski Crystal:
  • Call Swarovski to obtain Return Authorization, 1 (800) 426-3088
  • Scratches can not be repaired
  • The main body of the piece must be intact for repair to be successful
  • Component pieces are available up to 3 years after the retirement
  • Once the Swarovski receives your piece you will be notified of the cost of your repair.
  • No pieces will be accepted by Swarovski without Return Authorization
  • Repairs are made directly by Swarovski Inc., Crystal Classics assumes no responsibility for the quality of the repair.
